Once you’ve scheduled your appointment, please fill out the medical forms and consents and submit them before your appointment.
During your comprehensive one-hour initial visit, we will have an in-depth discussion about your health concerns, goals, and history, and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Your initial visit is 597 which also includes lab work.
After your initial visit, we will order blood work to be drawn at your local Labcorp in Arnold. Then we will have a follow up appointment to review results and go over your custom treatment plan.
